If you would like to use your insurance benefits, your information will be provided to my billing contractor who will verify your insurance benefits and coverage. You will be provided an estimate of benefits which will outline anticipated cost of services. While we do our best to ensure that the estimate provided and verification of benefits is accurate, we also encourage you to call your insurance company to verify your benefits with them and confirm in-network coverage.
