Denise Rodiles, MA, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the state of Minnesota. Denise provides telehealth/online therapy for individuals ages 16 and older, who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication, and relationship concerns. Denise offers a warm and relational approach, incorporating humor and a healthy dose of sarcasm where appropriate!

Denise graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Social Studies in 2008, before attending St. Mary’s University of Minnesota where she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014. Denise has been independently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota since 2018, and has worked in a variety of mental health settings from outpatient clinics to residential treatment, and has extensive experience providing diagnostic assessments.

Denise utilizes an eclectic  approach to therapy including therapy modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help her clients explore how current behaviors and thought patterns are connected to past circumstances, old ways of thinking, and stories that may no longer serve their current life. Therapy is based upon challenging old patterns and exploring ways to live more in accordance with the life you want to have!
