Telehealth, or online counseling, is the use of video and audio technologies to support long-distance services between providers and their clients.

Do you offer in-person therapy sessions?

Life In Color Psychotherapy offers only online counseling.

Is online therapy effective?

Yes! Research supports the effectiveness of online therapy. I have been providing telehealth therapy since 2020 and work to ensure you feel connected and supported the same way you would in person.

What is Simple Practice?

Simple Practice is the Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management application that Life In Color Psychotherapy uses for scheduling and conducting appointments via telehealth, sending and receiving secure communication, therapy notes, and billing. Simple Practice is HIPAA compliant and secure.

What equipment do I need to join a session?

To join an online therapy session, you will need:

  • A computer, tablet, or phone (no applications or software to be downloaded)

  • An external or integrated webcam

  • An external or integrated microphone

What should I do if I am in a crisis or there is an emergency?
